Member bookings — Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: full refund (no charge).

Member bookings — Cancellation within 30 days of check-in: 50% charge applies (50% refund).

会员订单 — 入住前 30 天内取消：收取 50%（退还 50%）。

Member bookings — Cancellation within 14 days of check-in: 100% charge applies (no refund).

Member bookings — No-show: 100% charge applies (no refund).

Non-member (guest) bookings are non-refundable at any time.

非会员（访客）订单一律不可退款。

Refundable deposits are handled separately and are typically returned in full within 72 hours after check-out unless damages are reported.

退款押金独立处理，除非有损坏报告，否则一般于退房后 72 小时内全额退还。

Stripe payment processing fees (approximately 5%) are non-refundable as they are charged by Stripe at the time of booking.

The final refund amount is reviewed and confirmed by our team on a case-by-case basis. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation request.

Points earned are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and can only be used for eligible bookings on our official platform.

Points cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Early check-in, late check-out, and priority booking are subject to availability and operational conditions.

Complimentary stays are valid for selected room types, weekdays only, and must be reserved in advance.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
